AI Process & Strategy
Global Financial Services | Corporate Operations | 2025
Selected to represent the Americas region in a global internal AI challenge focused on identifying practical applications of artificial intelligence within corporate operations. Drawing on firsthand experience in Guest Relations, I developed a Hospitality Intelligence Suite addressing recurring administrative and operational challenges through three concepts: an AI-generated daily operational brief, automated host and booking communications, and food & beverage forecasting. The proposal focused on using existing internal tools and data to reduce repetitive administrative work, improve information flow and allow Guest Relations teams to spend more time on client-facing service.
Following the challenge, I was invited to contribute to working sessions evaluating potential AI use cases within Guest Relations. I walked the project team through existing workflows—from meeting reservations and visitor registration to host communications—identifying points of friction, incomplete information, delays and repetitive manual work. Rather than assuming AI was the solution, we examined where processes could first be redesigned, automated or eliminated and where AI could add meaningful value. The resulting work informed proposed workflow and policy changes intended to reduce administrative burden and create more time for high-value, client-facing responsibilities.
