Hi, I’m Liz.

I'm a researcher, strategist, writer, and founder of Farliz Strategies. I'm interested in people, organizations, and the often less-visible relationships that shape how they work.

MY STORy

My work has always centered on understanding people, organizations, and the systems connecting them.

I studied Marketing Strategy & Media Production at Emerson College through a self-designed interdisciplinary program, alongside a minor in Sociology & Anthropology. That combination shaped how I approach problems today: bringing together research, communication, and an understanding of human behavior to examine questions from multiple perspectives.

Since then, I've worked across media development, corporate workplace experience, marketing, partnerships, and local economic development, with experience spanning organizations including CBRE, Campfire Studios, and Fair Lawn Main Street Inc. My work has ranged from researching stories and emerging markets to analyzing organizational processes, gathering stakeholder perspectives, managing cross-sector initiatives, and developing strategies for public and private organizations.

Across those settings, I'm most interested in the questions beneath the immediate assignment: What is actually happening? What do people need? Where are the gaps? And how can research be translated into a practical way forward?

Farliz Strategies brings that approach together—combining research, strategy, and communication to help organizations better understand complex questions and make informed decisions.
